Faune is a series of large-format posters designed to be viewed through an augmented reality app. They reveal a hidden animal life on city walls. Placed in public spaces, the posters invite you on a scavenger hunt-style journey. Discovering the posters through your screen in augmented reality unveils an imaginary living entity nestled within the landscape of the image. Open to all and visible outdoors, this trail is accessible to everyone. Serving as an introduction to a poetic and Dadaist form of tracking, it offers a workout for your attention and a way to re-enchant the urban everyday.

This project is the result of a collaboration between Adrien M & Claire B and the graphic design collective Brest Brest Brest.

Adrien M & Claire B

Founded in 2011 by Claire Bardainne and Adrien Mondot, the Adrien M & Claire B company creates works at the intersection of visual and performing arts. Their shows and installations place the body at the heart of the imagery, blending craftsmanship with digital technology through the development of custom-made software tools. Together, they explore life and movement in their many resonances with graphic and digital creation. The result is a visual, poetic language that combines the imaginary, the real, and the virtual, offering infinite possibilities for exploration. Today, the Adrien M & Claire B company consists of about thirty collaborators. Its headquarters and production offices are located in Lyon. Its research and creation space, Villa Aphéa, is based in Crest, in the Drôme region. Some of the equipment was funded with the support of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. The company is also funded by the DRAC Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region, and supported by the City of Lyon.
