Leave Space takes the form of an armillary sphere that materializes the number and type of objects in our near-Earth space environment. Photographed at a specific moment in time (2023), it reveals debris invisible to the naked eye and the economic actors responsible for this pollution. Through generative mapping and a soundscape, the work transforms low-Earth and geostationary orbits into a theater of speculative space conquest: the launch of Sputnik 1 (1957) becomes the starting point for contemporary symbolic domination. By extrapolating data, this fiction questions the impact of human activity on space and the risk of collapse associated with the Kessler Syndrome.
