Imaginary Encounters features a staging where real reflections merge with virtual images, creating the illusion of a distorted reality. The installation consists of a camera and a screen that acts as a mirror. When a visitor enters the interaction space, they find themselves facing this mirror screen, which reflects their body and face. Their reflection gradually attracts virtual hands and faces that attempt to touch, caress, flee from, grab, or surprise them. Whether shy, wild, curious, or engaging, these hands and faces exhibit a variety of behaviors that question the nature of our relationships with others. The hands and faces perceive the visitor's presence and move along the reflection of the spectator.

Scenocosme

The artist duo Scenocosme consists of Grégory Lasserre and Anaïs met den Ancxt. They repurpose various technologies to create contemporary artworks. They explore the concept of interactivity, where the work exists and evolves through the physical and social engagement of the audience. Their pieces are exhibited in numerous museums, contemporary art centers, and digital art festivals around the world.
