The result of an interdisciplinary team effort between scientists and artists. The process begins by collecting data on the movements of bees and wasps. This data is processed and used both as input for biological analysis and as pieces of high artistic value. The creative outcome is manifested as the flight paths of bees, laser-engraved onto fine paper, creating a unique intersection of scientific observation and aesthetic expression that highlights the intricate patterns of nature.
Carola Dreidemie is a visual artist who works with code and animation tools to create visual artworks.
